P. "Love" Ansah - Owner/Lead Personal Trainer

 “Love” is the Owner and Lead Personal Trainer at Love Thee Natural LLC. Her career in health and fitness began while studying science. Originally a basketball player, she became increasingly interested in fitness training in college and became certified in 2020. Love earned a B.A in Psychology and a B.S. in Health and Nutritional Sciences with a concentration in Public Health from Brooklyn College. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, and Certified Online Coach. She has held various positions within the government and non-for-profit agencies, like NYU Langone, The American Heart Association, and Columbia University since she graduated from Brooklyn College in 2018. 

The company was founded in 2023 while she was completing her Masters of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Community Health Sciences at SUNY Downstate School of Public Health. Later that year, she graduated with an MPH with honors. Love's primary research interests concern obesity and chronic disease disparities, specifically cardiovascular disease. She believes that it is imperative that we stop obesity and chronic diseases, like cardiovascular disease, from developing in the first place, and with discipline, determination, and dedication, this can be achieved. Love has been training consistently for over 6 years and uses her athleticism, scientific, and fitness experience to create fitness programs that are evidence based and guarantee results.
